The Pour Series is a 5-year exploration of various pouring techniques, mediums, and scales. The series is constructed using three main categories of material, including pouring mediums and fluid acrylic; cement and acrylic; watercolor and pigment; in exploring with the distribution of color, lucidity, and permeability concepts in pouring.
The pieces vary in size and range from 10’ to 1’ tile studies at minimum.
Nature is the inspiration behind both the vibrant hues and settle variations in colors in all the pieces.
