The Utah City Master Plan outlines a transformative 700-acre mixed-use development situated along the eastern shore of Utah Lake in Vineyard, Utah. This initiative aims to establish a sustainable, walkable urban center that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Key features include over 50 acres of green spaces, 2 million square feet of retail and dining areas, and 3 million square feet dedicated to commercial and hospitality uses. The plan emphasizes connectivity, with proximity to major transportation hubs like the Vineyard FrontRunner Station and accessibility via I-15. Developed through a collaboration between Woodbury Corporation and Flagship Companies Group, and designed by urban planner Jeff Speck and DPZ CoDesign, Utah City aspires to set a new standard for urban living in the western United States.
