The Green Point Platinum-rated development brings people together through thoughtful amenity spaces designed for connection, creativity, and everyday convenience. Over 75,000 SF of  landscaped courtyards and pedestrian paseos link a variety of shared and dedicated amenities.

The Market-rate units  include 66 studios, 344 one-bedrooms, and 159 two-bedrooms. The site contains a total of 782,340 square feet for housing, with an undesignated area for parking in each two-level garage. The project was a joint proposal by Fortbay, another Colony Capital subsidiary, with Mountain View and the Mountain View Whisman School District.
