This large-scale, transit-oriented master plan spans approximately 50 acres and is designed to deliver over 2,400 multifamily residential units, alongside a mix of commercial office, retail, and publicly accessible open space. Envisioned as a high-density urban district in the heart of Silicon Valley, the project prioritizes sustainability, walkability, and integrated mobility solutions. A multi-phase development strategy allows for adaptive growth while maintaining a strong focus on placemaking, resilience, and long-term economic value. The plan includes significant infrastructure upgrades, activated ground-floor environments, and a new civic spine that ties together housing, employment, and recreation in a cohesive urban framework.
