
A mixed-use development plan that includes 444 market-rate rental residential units, 96 supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals, 60 historic rehab units, a new 30,000-square-foot union headquarters, ground-floor retail, an underground parking garage and 25,000-square-feet of publicly accessible open space. The project is the first of its kind to combine market-rate and homeless supportive housing on a private development site and totals approximately $450 million in new construction.
