Videographer – Part Time

We are looking for a talented Video Editor/Videographer to create engaging storytelling content for samsara.com, social media, and both internal and customer-facing events. Our ideal candidate has experience in both filming and editing, has a sophisticated eye for composition and lighting, has intermediate experience in animation/Adobe After Effects, is a willing and solution-oriented collaborator—and last but not least—a great storyteller than can communicate concepts effectively and concisely. A demo reel is required to be considered.

 

In this role, you will:

• Work with Creative Director, Designers and Marketing to build storyboards and video concepts
• Be involved in all technical aspects of video production

 

Minimum requirements for this role:

• Professional experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics.
• Comfortable working collaboratively or independently depending on the project.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Be able to follow stylistic guidelines as well as push our visual language forward.
• Drone piloting/video capture
• Advanced motion graphics skills are a plus.
