Residence hall accommodates 420 students, spanning 96,000 square feet across five stories, the building will offer various suite-style room options, each equipped with its own common area. In line with Phase II, Phase III will also feature amenities such as pool tables, ping pong tables, full kitchens, study spaces, and lounges furnished with big screen TVs, providing students with ample opportunities to connect and foster community.
